About Eureka Interiors
Elegant spaces, intelligent design, deeply personal
Eureka Interiors is a two-person studio in Narhe, Pune. Rachana, who owns it, has spent 12 years designing homes across Pune and has delivered more than 100 of them. She designs every project herself, so you work with the principal, not a junior on commission.
The studio's second person is a software engineer rather than a second designer. He builds the systems that keep enquiries, quotes and project records in order, so Rachana's time goes into your home. Whether it's a compact 2 BHK or a bungalow, the design is custom, not picked from a catalogue.

Frequently asked questions
A full 2 BHK typically runs ₹6–9 lakh and a full 3 BHK ₹9–15 lakh, covering the kitchen plus every living space and bedroom. Bungalows, villas and larger premium homes start at ₹20 lakh. Appliances, plumbing and electrical changes, false ceiling, dado tiling and civil work are quoted separately, and listed on your quote either way.

Warranty depends on the materials and hardware chosen for your home, so the terms for your project are written into your quotation before anything is ordered. Branded hardware and laminates also carry their manufacturer's own warranty.
Yes. Before anything is built, Rachana walks you through the layout plans and visuals of your space, and refines them with your feedback. What is produced for your home — drawings, visuals or both — is agreed with you at the start rather than fixed in advance.
