1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and Eureka Interiors Pvt. Ltd. ("Eureka Interiors", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at Sun Universe, Navale Bridge, Off Pune Bangalore Bypass, Pune 411041, Maharashtra, India. By accessing our website or engaging our interior design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered
Eureka Interiors provides end-to-end interior design services including but not limited to:
- Design consultation and space planning
- 2D layouts, 3D visualisations, and material mood boards
- Modular kitchen and wardrobe design and installation
- False ceiling, electrical, and lighting design
- Civil work, painting, and flooring
- Furniture selection, procurement, and custom fabrication
- Full home and commercial turnkey interior execution
The specific scope of work for each project will be detailed in a separate Design Agreement or Quotation provided to you before commencement.
3. Consultation and Estimates
Initial consultations and cost estimates provided through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings are indicative and non-binding. Final pricing will be confirmed in a formal quotation after a detailed site survey, design brief discussion, and material selection. Estimates may vary based on actual site conditions, material choices, customisation requirements, and scope changes.
4. Payment Terms
- A design booking amount is required to initiate the design phase. This amount is non-refundable once design work has commenced.
- Project execution payments will follow a milestone-based schedule as outlined in the Design Agreement (typically: booking amount, design approval, material ordering, installation milestones, and final handover).
- All payments are to be made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), cheque, or other mutually agreed payment methods. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Delayed payments beyond 7 days of the due date may attract an interest of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
5. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope of work and are shared in the Design Agreement. Eureka Interiors will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to: client delays in approvals or decisions, material availability and shipping, site readiness, civil or structural changes, force majeure events, or changes in scope requested by the client. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.
6. Design Revisions and Changes
- A reasonable number of design revisions (as specified in the Design Agreement) are included in the design fee.
- Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
- Changes requested after material procurement or fabrication has begun may result in additional costs and timeline extensions.
7. Warranty
- Eureka Interiors provides a 5-year warranty on modular furniture (kitchens, wardrobes, storage units) against manufacturing defects.
- Hardware and fittings (hinges, channels, handles) carry the respective manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 5 to 10 years.
- Civil work, painting, and electrical work carry a 1-year warranty from the date of project handover.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, water damage, termite infestation, or normal wear and tear.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before design commencement: Full refund of the booking amount minus administrative charges (5%).
- After design commencement: The design booking amount is non-refundable. Charges for completed design work will be deducted proportionally.
- After material procurement: No refund is possible for materials already ordered or custom-fabricated. Costs incurred on civil, electrical, and installation work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
9. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, 3D renders, layouts, mood boards, and other creative materials produced by Eureka Interiors remain our intellectual property until the project is fully paid for and handed over. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the designs for their personal property. Designs may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use them in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client opts out in writing.
10. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property details, dimensions, and requirements at the start of the project
- Ensure timely access to the site for surveys, installations, and inspections
- Provide timely approvals on designs, materials, and payments as per the agreed schedule
- Inform us of any existing structural, plumbing, or electrical issues before work commences
- Obtain necessary permissions from your housing society or building management for renovation work
11. Limitation of Liability
Eureka Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, material shortages, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Website Use
- The content on this website, including text, images, project photographs, designs, and graphics, is owned by Eureka Interiors and protected by copyright laws of India.
- You may browse and share our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
- We strive to keep the website information accurate and up to date but do not warrant its completeness or accuracy at all times.
- Project images on the website are of actual completed projects by Eureka Interiors unless stated otherwise.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed mutually. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
